Customer Service Advisor Care & Wellbeing Hub needed in Lincoln, £102.08 per day PAYE - Reference: OR21832

Shift patterns will vary between 8-6 but during training shifts will be 9-5. This is an office based assignment

The Customer Service Centre is the First Point of Contact for many Services, including Adult Care, Childrens Services, Highways, Registration & Celebratory Services, Library Services.

We deliver a diverse range of services, many of which play an important part in peoples lives - whether it is carrying out a Strength Based Conversation  to enable a resident to remain independently at home,  taking a contact to support a Child in Need or simply renewing a library book, it can be hard, but rewarding work.

This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
