Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Roadshow Co-ordinator to support the delivery of roadshows and provide dedicated coordination within a fast-paced Private Equity environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, delivers seamless administrative and logistical coordination, and can anticipate the needs of a busy senior team. You will play a central role in managing complex schedules, coordinating detailed travel arrangements (often at short notice), maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring roadshows and investor-facing events run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver roadshows across multiple locations
- Manage and maintain accurate DealCloud entries
- Provide full diary management and calendar scheduling support for senior stakeholders
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and last-minute changes
- Oversee expense processing for the IR Director, Head of Responsible Investment, and Associate
- Track and maintain regulatory record management requirements, including monitoring visits to specific geographies and interactions with regulated investors
- Manage event schedules, suppliers, venues, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery
- Support the broader IR team with management of the IR calendar, key events, and administrative needs as required
- Gather feedback and support post-event reporting and follow-up
