Job Overview:
We are seeking a Slack L3 Engineer with expertise in Slack administration, automation, and API development to enhance collaboration and productivity within our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will manage Slack at scale, design secure solutions, integrate systems, and leverage AI-driven automation to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize Slack for a large organization, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop governance frameworks to manage Slack workspaces and enforce enterprise policies.
• Build and deploy Slack-based automation using APIs, bots, and AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate Slack with enterprise systems, third-party tools, and internal applications.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to implement scalable and secure Slack solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in collaboration technology, AI automation, and Slack development best practices.

Experience:

• 5 years of experience in enterprise Slack administration, including security, compliance, and governance.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript, with strong API development and integration skills.
• Experience with agent-based automation and AI-driven strategies within Slack.
• Strong understanding of API design principles and enterprise integration.
• Preferred: Experience implementing AI-driven automation in Slack, familiarity with IT security/compliance requirements, and scripting for workflow optimization.

Qualification:
Bachelor of Computer Science

Salary/Package:
90,000 – 150,000 per year
