We are working with a private equity firm who are seeking an exceptional Receptionist to represent their business at the highest level. This would suit someone who poised and articulate individual who understands the importance of discretion, precision and presentation in a premium professional environment.

The Role

As the first point of contact for the firm, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and refined experience for clients, investors and senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming high-profile clients and guests with professionalism, warmth and absolute discretion
  • Managing a pristine and well-organised reception area
  • Handling incoming calls with clarity, confidence and efficiency
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, visitor schedules and hospitality arrangements
  • Liaising closely with senior executives and investment teams
  • Managing post, couriers and select administrative duties to the highest standard

The Ideal Candidate

You will be impeccably presented, calm under pressure and naturally service-oriented, with a strong understanding of professional etiquette. You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role ideally within finance
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and demanding schedules
  • A high level of integrity, discretion and emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems
