IT Support Technician — Onsite Warsaw Immediate Start

We’re looking for a motivated IT Support Technician to join an established onsite team in Warsaw. This is a priority hire offering an initial 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension — ideal for someone in their first or second IT role who’s keen to build hands-on experience in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing 1st/2nd line IT support

• Supporting Windows 10/11 environments

• Handling laptop hardware setup and troubleshooting

• Preparing, shipping, and collecting IT equipment

• Delivering quick turnaround (“turn and burn”) device support

• Working fully onsite with the local team

What We’re Looking For

• Early-career IT professional (first or second role)

• Solid base knowledge of IT support fundamentals

• Familiarity with Windows OS (10/11)

• Comfortable handling hardware and logistics tasks

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to start ASAP
