ERP Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – Onsite 5 days a week – Full time role

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven ERP Project Manager with deep experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, alongside a strong background in SaaS integrations and e-commerce platforms.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects that are critical to scaling business operations and technology infrastructure. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires strong leadership, structured delivery expertise, and a clear understanding of ERP and e-commerce ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Manage SaaS integration projects including CRM, inventory management, payment gateways, and shipping/logistics tools
• Oversee integration between Business Central and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews using Agile or hybrid methodologies
• Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and delivered
• Drive user adoption through structured training, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Support data migration, testing phases, and change management processes

Experience

• 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on ERP implementations
• Proven track record delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects
• Strong understanding of ERP-to-e-commerce integrations and business process workflows
• Experience with SaaS integration and middleware tools such as Zapier, Celigo, MuleSoft, or Boomi
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred
• Experience within distribution, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

Salary/Package

Competitive salary depending on experience up to 150K Benefits
