Service Delivery Lead

Pearson Carter are currently working with a IT support services company who support local educational organisations that need a Service Delivery Lead for a crucial role focussed on project delivery QA and implementation of service procedures/policy changes.

They offer a base salary of £47,000

Responsibilities:

• Project and Quality Management
• Process Policy and Change Delivery
• Service Performance
• Conduit between sales and technicians
• Liaison with customers and 3rd parties
• Day to day support

Experience:

• Service Desk / Project Manager background
• Process and procedures within the technical service
• MSP background or background supporting multiple clients
• ITIL qualification preferred
• Education industry ( desired)

Salary

They offer an excellent salary: £47,000

Location

This client has an office in Surrey and need people to work onsite with some travel.
