Administrator – Stevenage (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £25,000
Full Time Monday to Friday
 Are you an organised, personable administrator looking to play a key role in keeping a busy office running smoothly? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team in Stevenage, where no two days are the same. In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Keeping records up to date and supporting the business with a range of administrative tasks
  • Assisting with day-to-day finance duties, including processing invoices and reconciling company credit card transactions
  • Providing reception cover—answering calls, welcoming visitors, and ensuring a professional first impression
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation for staff attending training and meetings
  • Liaising with suppliers and landlords to resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships
  • Ordering and managing weekly office supplies
  • Offering support to colleagues across multiple sites, providing cover where needed
  • Getting involved in ad hoc projects and contributing ideas to improve administrative processes
