Legal Advisor needed in Exeter Paying  £26.41 per hr ref 373714

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

• Investigate, research, and advise on a broad range of legal issues, including high‑risk and high‑profile matters
• Manage a large and varied caseload independently, ensuring deadlines, accuracy, and compliance standards are met
• Participate in strategic boards and working groups, providing expert legal insight to identify and mitigate organisational legal risks
• Prepare for and conduct advocacy in proceedings such as Civil Litigation, Employment Tribunals, Inquests, internal misconduct hearings, Family Court matters, and applications for Civil Preventative Orders
• Provide tactical and real‑time legal advice to support operational decision‑making
• Produce clear legal documentation, reports, and guidance for internal and external stakeholders
• Build strong cross‑departmental relationships, ensuring legal compliance and supporting organisational objectives
