Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting high-profile clients and stakeholders
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms to a high standard
- Organising catering for meetings and events
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Supporting the Executive Assistants and wider team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining a polished and professional reception environment

- Immaculate presentation and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Discreet, trustworthy, and confident handling sensitive information
- Proactive, flexible, and calm under pressure
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
