Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting high-profile clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms to a high standard
  • Organising catering for meetings and events
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and couriers
  • Supporting the Executive Assistants and wider team with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining a polished and professional reception environment

  • Immaculate presentation and communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and confident handling sensitive information
  • Proactive, flexible, and calm under pressure
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
