CCTV & Environmental Technical Support Officer needed in Epping Paying  £20 per hr ref 21973

Full time hours on a temporary basis

•  Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an effective CCTV and environmental monitoring service across all designated sites
  • Conduct daily operational checks to ensure CCTV and environmental monitoring systems are fully functional
  • Provide first‑line technical support for CCTV, environmental sensors, and associated equipment
  • Carry out site surveys and assess equipment performance, reporting findings clearly
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with contractors and engineers
  • Gather, review, and process CCTV footage and environmental data for evidential purposes
  • Ensure all evidence is handled securely, accurately and in line with policies and legislation
  • Make recommendations for equipment repair, replacement, upgrades, or improvements
  • Maintain accurate logs of faults, repairs, incidents, environmental readings and evidence requests
  • Support continuous improvement of CCTV and environmental systems, processes and overall service delivery
