We are excited to share a rare opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of Managing Directors in a specialised front-office division within a world-leading Financial Services organisation.
Located in Central London, this Executive Assistant role blends classic high-level Executive Assistant responsibilities with pace, precision, and the commercial awareness that’s required in a high-performing revenue-generating environment.
We are seeking a front-office Executive Assistant who can clearly demonstrate deep organisational mastery as this role is global calendar triage at scale; the ability to prioritise and anticipate senior stakeholders’ needs under pressure and is comfortable with last-minute changes; rapid turnaround on requests; exceptional client-facing professionalism and client relationship awareness; management of complex multi-city itineraries with tight turnarounds.
The Executive Assistant will thrive acting as the strategic business support to deal-intensive, deadline-driven, elite investment professionals, somebody who prides themself on their process consistency, handling non-public information with absolute discretion, demonstrating strong professional judgement, anticipating needs before being asked, flagging risks early and precision in documents and communications.

Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a front-office, high-intensity Financial Services environment.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting at Managing Director level.
- Strong knowledge of London’s and other European cities high-end venues, events, and services.
- Polished and proactive communication (written and verbal).
- Confidence without overstepping and proven strong relationship management skills.
