D365 Programme Manager (Malta - Hybrid) - Accepting Candidates from Middle East/Africa/Latam

Pearson Carter are currently working alongside a globally recognised professional services firm. They are seeking a Senior or Lead D365 CE Functional Consultant to conduct full implementations of D365 CE for large scale, global enterprise customers.

Our client has fantastic learning and progression opportunities, with staff able to devote time to paid for courses and certifications.  They work on large scale, blue chip, international projects on the latest technologies in an environment fully focused on ERP. To ensure staff make a smooth transition to Malta, they offer full relocation support. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards while keeping clients and senior stakeholders informed.

• Monitor and control project scope, risks, issues, costs, resources, and third parties, ensuring alignment with governance standards and delivery methodology.

• Drive project quality and customer satisfaction by overseeing planning, validation, release activities, and continuous improvement of project delivery practices.

Experience

• Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle software implementation projects, including managing concurrent workstreams and third-party vendors.

• Strong expertise in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Jira, and related platforms.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff and operate effectively in complex, high-pressure environments.

Salary

A salary of upto €72.000 is available. 

Location 

This role is hybrid working based in Malta. Relocation is required to be considered.
