ERP Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – Onsite 5 days a week – Full-time

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, results-driven ERP Project Manager with proven experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. If you thrive at the intersection of technology and business, with expertise in SaaS integrations and e-commerce platforms, this role is for you.

You will lead mission-critical projects that scale operations and modernize technology infrastructure. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and technical teams, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role demands strong leadership, structured project delivery, and deep knowledge of ERP and e-commerce ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Manage SaaS integration projects covering CRM, inventory, payment gateways, and logistics tools
• Oversee Business Central integration with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Magento
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews using Agile or hybrid methodologies
• Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clear and delivered
• Drive user adoption through structured training, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Support data migration, testing, and change management processes

Experience

• 5 years in project management, with at least 3 years focused on ERP implementations
• Proven success delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects
• Strong understanding of ERP-to-e-commerce integrations and business process workflows
• Experience with SaaS integration and middleware tools like Zapier, Celigo, MuleSoft, or Boomi
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred
• Background in distribution, manufacturing, or consumer goods is a plus
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Salary/Package

Competitive salary up to 150K benefits, depending on experience

Onsite 5 days a week – Nassau County, New York
