About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join a friendly, supportive team. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, can stay calm in a busy environment, and is confident communicating with both customers and suppliers.

You'll be handling a range of day‑to‑day administrative tasks, helping keep things running smoothly across the department. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Your day may include things like:

  • Managing incoming orders and keeping internal systems up to date
  • Following up with customers for missing details or appointment information
  • Answering phone queries and helping resolve general enquiries
  • Contacting suppliers when needed
  • Processing refunds and basic admin tasks
  • Supporting colleagues with ad‑hoc admin duties
What We’re Looking For
  • Someone flexible and happy to switch between different tasks
  • Strong communication skills and confident speaking with customers
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team
