Building Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Southwark, £25.06ph PAYE - Reference: OR25498

3 days in office/site, two days remote

Carry out surveys of completed major works to individual homes to identify defects remedial works

Carry out condition surveys to identify future major works, reactive repairs and planned maintenance

Carry out desktop reviews of housing works projects

Prepare reports on recommendations, findings etc

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
