The successful candidate will be conducting thorough inspections, coordinating and overseeing necessary repairs including monitoring the work of the trade teams and contractors, from start to completion, ensuring delivery of high quality work, ensuring clear communication with tenants, providing them with a detailed report to each case, achieving high customer satisfaction within budgetary targets and providing a cost effective, value for money service.
