An award winning international law firm with an excellent culture are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. 

About the Role

Working closely with senior stakeholders, this is a broad generalist role offering leadership and operational elements. The successful candidate will collaborate with key internal stakeholders whilst working with the wider HR team to deliver HR strategy and generalist support across fee earning and business services groups. Duties include:

  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Partners
  • Performance and career development management
  • Managing employee relations matters
  • Coaching managers on performance management and development matters
  • Leading annual performance and salary review processes
  • Support strategy and process improvement across HR functions including with respect to wellbeing matters
  • Champion best practice

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in a generalist HR role at a senior Manager/Business Partner level within a law firm/professional services. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the demonstrated ability to drive strategy and build positive relationships is essential.
