About the Company

A leading law firm with a strong reputation and supportive culture are looking for a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis.

About the Role

Working as part of the wider HR team, the role will take the lead on end-to-end recruitment coordination for partner level hires globally. Responsibilities include:

  • Interview coordination and taking feedback
  • Coordinating onboarding both locally and internationally
  • Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders and key external agencies
  • Acting as first point of contact with senior candidates
  • Keeping systems up to date
  • Market mapping
  • Process invoices
  • Collate data to analyse for diversity, equality and inclusion

Job Requirements

You will be educated to a degree level and have previous recruitment experience in an agency or professional services environment, and excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills. This role will suit a self-starter with a proven ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
