Appeals Officer – Housing Benefit needed in Enfield

This is a temporary contract initially paying £25.47ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide short-term specialist capacity to progress a defined set of Housing Benefit appeals relating to Specified Accommodation. Many of the appeals are identical and will be progressed using a test case approach.

They will review and manage a defined caseload of Housing Benefit appeals, prepare First-tier Tribunal documentation, including (as appropriate): Statements of Case / written submissions, Evidence schedules and indexed, paginated bundles and Chronologies and issue summaries
