Street Naming & Numbering Project Officer needed in Nuneaton Paying  £250 per day ref 5288182

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Conduct a full review of the Street Naming & Numbering function, including current processes, workstreams, and service delivery
• Assess the team’s workload and existing backlog, developing practical proposals to improve efficiency and clear outstanding work
• Identify strengths, challenges, and risks within the current service
• Evaluate resourcing levels and team structure, making recommendations for future sustainability
• Highlight any skills or knowledge gaps within the existing team
• Review current SNN policies and contribute to the development and updating of future policy frameworks
• Provide informed recommendations on fees and charges in line with industry practice and cost recovery principles
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather insights and ensure a well-rounded review
• Produce a comprehensive report with clear findings and actionable recommendations for the Senior Leadership Team
• Offer strategic advice to support the ongoing success and improvement of the SNN service
