Product Owner EdTech SaaS Platform (Writing & Learning)

Pearson Carter are currently working with a multi-award-winning EdTech company building an AI-powered SaaS platform that is transforming how students learn to write across NZ, Australia, and the UK.

They are hiring a Product Owner to translate educational vision into scalable, classroom-ready software, bridging pedagogy and technology to improve writing outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities:
Own and prioritise product backlog across the full lifecycle
Translate education pedagogy into clear product features
Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, reviews)
Act as key liaison between dev, design, and education teams
Gather and prioritise feedback from teachers and users
Ensure delivery meets security, privacy, and quality standards

Experience:
5 years Product Owner / Product Management experience
Experience in SaaS / digital product environments
EdTech or education sector experience preferred
Strong Agile delivery experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate user needs into product outcomes
