Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Experlogix CPQ, D365 CE, Power BI) – Up to 150K)

Job Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead the development and evolution of its business intelligence, analytics, and reporting environment. This role will focus on transforming enterprise data into actionable insights through Power BI, Snowflake, and data warehousing technologies while supporting strategic decision-making across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership.

The position also serves as the primary owner of the company's CPQ platform, managing pricing structures, cost models, business rules, and quote configuration processes that directly impact profitability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics.
• Deliver insights across revenue, gross margin, backlog, job costing, production, and operational performance.
• Serve as the primary administrator and business owner of the CPQ platform.
• Manage pricing models, cost structures, configuration rules, workflows, and quote automation.
• Support integrations between CPQ, CRM, and ERP platforms.
• Manage and enhance Snowflake, Power BI, and data warehouse environments.
• Develop data models, reporting structures, and governance standards.
• Implement AI-driven analytics, forecasting, trend analysis, and reporting automation.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams to support data-driven decision making.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7 years of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting experience.
• Advanced Power BI dashboard and report development experience.
• Strong Snowflake and data warehousing experience.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, job costing, gross margin, revenue, and backlog reporting.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Construction, field services, manufacturing, engineering, or related industry experience.
• Experience with Experlogix CPQ or similar CPQ platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central.
• AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or advanced reporting experience.
• Power BI and Snowflake certifications.
