D365 BC Sales Executive - €200,000 OTE

A leading Microsoft-focused software business with a strong international presence is looking to add a D365 Business Central Sales Executive to its growing commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established organisation with a global customer base and a strong reputation within the Microsoft ecosystem. The business is continuing to expand across Europe and is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth within the Business Central market.

We are hiring a D365 Business Central Sales Executive to focus on new business growth across Europe.

• Drive revenue growth for Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
• Sell directly to end customers and through strategic channel partners
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across the Microsoft ecosystem
• Build and manage your own pipeline, creating and closing opportunities independently
• Target mid-market and enterprise organisations, particularly within manufacturing and related sectors
• Lead complex ERP and software sales cycles from initial engagement through to close
• Work closely with internal teams to maximise commercial opportunities

• Based in the Netherlands and fluent in Dutch
• 3–5 years of experience selling Dynamics 365 Business Central or ERP solutions
• Strong track record of new business generation and closing software deals
• Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and territory development
• Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

• €120,000–€200,000 OTE
• Remote working across the Netherlands
• Flexibility with occasional travel as required
