Charity, they have 6 people - a volunteer lead, a co-ord, marketing and partnership elad, events person and this role. The previous postholder had been with them for a ong time and had grown with them but couldn't develop any further. Most of their funding comes from and they are trying to diversify their income that's why they've hired a new marketing role this role will help support this fundraiser role. They bring in 120k pa from trusts, they have 100k pledged. Current funders are mCcATHY stone - giving 30k, Nationa lottery grants from 3 years around 30k pa, big local trusts.

This role: Will be focusing on finding new trustsa nd grants, they have abut 30 funders identified and the draft appication done s someone can come in and be really successful here, Trusts wil be about 70-80% of the role. The other parts will be community and events, but will be supported by the marketing.

Experience: Ideally want someone who has come with a small charity and who has covered multiple income streams - particuarly trusts and corporate or community and local trusts. Needs to be a strong writer. Would consider someone with just trust background

Challenge - the team is new so fitting all together, n other specific challenges
ffice presence - 1-2days - generally in for Tuesday - Bedfordshire
21 hours a week - can be worked over however many days
Salary: 327k - ptoentially could do up to more but would want to see CVs for this advertise on 31-34k
