Housing and Public Protection Business Improvement Manager needed in Maidenhead Paying  £31.33 per hr ref 000B 10B4 / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Housing & Public Protection Business Support Team, analysts, and complaints/review function
  • Drive service improvement, innovation, and transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Housing & Public Protection leadership team
  • Support the Assistant Director in the development and delivery of service priorities
  • Oversee performance management, data analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making
  • Ensure effective handling of housing complaints, reviews, and customer feedback, driving service improvements
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus
  • Manage resources effectively to deliver high-quality, efficient services
