Childcare Lawyer (Hybrid) needed in Southwark, £38.09ph PAYE - Reference: OR105673

3/4 days remote and 1/2 days in office

• Responsible for providing legal advice to and representation for Children Social Care in all safeguarding, adoption and non care matters.
• Will have a caseload of care cases, non care matters and PLO pre proceedings cases.
• Will attend and provide legal advice at LPM Panel.
• Will cover duty sessions per month.
• Must ensure that case files are lexcel compliant.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
