Senior Customer Complaints Coordinator needed in Walsall  

This is a temporary role and the rate is £19.23ph

The successful candidate will have high attention to detail and be good at multitasking. They will be dealing with a caseload of complaints and will be expected to control the management of files and priorities.

The SLA is 100 enquiries a day so previous experience of high level, fast paced compliant resolutions would be extremely beneficial.
