Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for your next challenge? We're working with a leading global organisation to recruit a proactive and highly organised PA to support senior leaders.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced corporate environment where you'll play a key role in keeping teams organised, coordinating business activities, and providing first-class support to senior stakeholders.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Organising domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation and visas.
  • Processing expenses and providing day-to-day administrative support.
  • Planning and coordinating meetings, offsites, conferences and team events.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant in a corporate environment.
  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, professional approach with excellent attention to detail.
