The successful candidate will provide administrative duties to support service delivery, maximising sales of new contracts and ensuring that the service strives to ‘get it right first time’, thereby ensuring the retention of customers and increasing market share through the acquisition of new customers.

They will promote a positive and helpful image of the commercial waste service, working proactively to resolve problems satisfactorily. The role will work in liaison with all members of the commercial waste team to ensure excellent support for administrative duties, inputting data, answering the telephone, responding to emails, and any other duties that will support the work of this organisation.
