Maintenance Coordinator needed in Dunstable Paying  £15.57 per hr ref OR105854

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

• Diagnose repair requests raised by residents and internal/external stakeholders through a variety of communication channels.
• Schedule and allocate repair works efficiently to trade operatives, maximising productivity and service delivery.
• Manage repair cases from initial report through to completion, ensuring compliance with Council policies and procedures.
• Monitor open repair orders, undertake regular housekeeping activities, and close completed jobs promptly.
• Identify and resolve duplicate or unnecessary work orders.
• Keep residents informed throughout the repair process, providing timely updates and delivering excellent customer service.
• Liaise with contractors, operatives, and colleagues to ensure repairs are completed effectively and within agreed timescales
