Elected Member Skills and Training Needs Assessor needed in Bradford

This is a temporary role and the rate is £19.32ph

The successful candidate will carry out clear, structured assessments of digital capability, using surveys, interviews and one‑to‑one or group sessions to understand each individual’s confidence, experience and learning needs.

They will evaluate skills across Microsoft 365 applications, casework and learning systems, and identify any barriers to learning or support required. The role requires someone who can analyse common themes, map individual development requirements, and produce an accessible training needs analysis for all participants. They will design practical IT training and development plans with clear priorities, timescales and delivery approaches, ensuring recommendations are achievable and aligned with busy member calendars.

The successful candidate will also collaborate effectively with internal teams, maintain accurate records, and provide progress updates and data insights to senior stakeholders.
