Our client is an innovative New Zealand technology company with a growing international presence. They develop specialist digital solutions for customers around the world and are investing in exciting new projects that push the boundaries of web technology.

They are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join their onsite development team.

You'll be responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining modern web platforms, e-commerce solutions, and internal applications. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across both front-end and back-end development, helping turn ideas into reliable, user-friendly digital products.

• Develop and maintain WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
• Build custom plugins and features using PHP.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Create and support Laravel-based applications and internal tools.
• Integrate websites with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Improve website performance, usability, and overall user experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend practical, scalable solutions.

• Commercial experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Strong PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
• Experience building custom WordPress functionality.
• Good understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX principles.
• Experience with Git and API integrations.
