Senior Solicitor needed in Nottingham Paying  £42 per hr ref OR107010

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

• Conduct legal work relating to the Division's activities, including both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Manage a varied caseload, including litigation, dispute resolution, contracts, governance, regulatory, and advisory work.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a range of legal documents, agreements, and policies.
• Represent the organisation in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings where required.
• Instruct and manage external counsel and legal advisors when appropriate.
• Ensure legal compliance and assist with risk management across the Division.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation, case law, and regulatory developments.
