Senior Business Analyst Banking Transformation APAC (Singapore)

Pearson Carter are currently working with a next-generation Data & AI consulting firm headquartered in Singapore, delivering large-scale transformation programs across banking and financial services across APAC. As an AWS-focused partner, they help enterprise clients modernise operations and drive real business outcomes through data and AI.

Due to growth, they are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support major banking transformation programmes, working closely with senior stakeholders to define requirements, shape processes, and bridge the gap between business and technology teams.

This role focuses on end-to-end banking transformation across corporate banking, transaction banking, treasury, lending, capital markets, risk, and operations, helping drive large-scale change initiatives across complex financial institutions.

They offer strong regional exposure, high-impact transformation work, and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on enterprise programmes across APAC.

Responsibilities:
Lead requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops with senior banking clients
Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and process flows
Support transformation initiatives across banking domains (risk, treasury, lending, etc.)
Analyse current-state processes and identify optimisation and automation opportunities
Work closely with consulting, product, and technology teams to deliver solutions
Support UAT, testing, and change management activities
Produce executive-level documentation and business cases

Experience:
6–12 years Business Analysis or Banking Transformation experience
Strong institutional banking domain knowledge (multiple banking functions ideal)
Experience on large-scale transformation programmes
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Excellent documentation, process mapping, and analytical ability
Experience in consulting or enterprise banking environments preferred

Location
Singapore / APAC (On-site / Hybrid depending on engagement)
