Technology Solutions Consultant – AI, Automation & Software Solutions

Faculti Lawyers is a technology-enabled legal services business delivering innovative legal solutions for enterprise clients across Australia. They are looking for a commercially minded Technology Solutions Consultant to work closely with business stakeholders, designing and delivering software solutions, automations and AI-enabled technologies that improve efficiency and create measurable business impact.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement. You will act as a trusted technology partner, understanding business challenges and translating them into practical solutions across applications, workflows and AI-driven platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements and deliver technology solutions.

• Design, develop and maintain applications, automations and workflow solutions that improve business processes.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and user experience.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including solution design and implementation approaches.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver technology initiatives from concept through to completion.

Experience:

• Proven experience in software development, technology consulting, solutions delivery or a similar technology-focused role.

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Hands-on experience building applications, automations or digital solutions.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and practical business applications of AI.

• Experience working within enterprise environments and managing multiple priorities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience working within professional services, legal, financial services or enterprise environments.

• Background in consulting, technology advisory or client-facing delivery roles.

• Experience implementing AI solutions, automation platforms or emerging technologies.
