I'm currently working with an award-winning Microsoft Solutions Partner that is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join its growing delivery team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering business-critical technology projects and wants to work with the latest Microsoft technologies. You'll become part of a collaborative consultancy where you'll have the opportunity to influence delivery standards, contribute to the evolution of the PMO, and work alongside a highly experienced team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
The RoleAs Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading multiple customer implementation projects from initial planning through to successful delivery and post-implementation support. You'll work closely with consultants, developers, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard.
This role offers a great mix of customer engagement, project leadership and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and resource plans.
- Lead project kick-off meetings, planning sessions and regular customer status meetings.
- Monitor project progress, budgets and timelines, ensuring successful delivery.
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate consultants, developers and third-party stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Capture customer requirements and ensure clear documentation throughout delivery.
- Track project effort against estimates and provide accurate reporting to senior management.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and PMO standards.
- Work closely with the Service Desk and Delivery teams during project handovers and post-go-live support.
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout delivery.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects within a consultancy environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience delivering IT implementation projects.
- Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform projects.
- A background working within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Experience managing project scope, budgets, resources and timelines.
- Excellent risk and issue management experience.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Experience using Agile, Scrum or PRINCE2 delivery methodologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps would be advantageous.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
