The successful candidate will provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of a busy driver team. They will oversee the planning and allocation of workloads, ensuring delivery and collection services are completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes. The role involves monitoring performance, maintaining high service standards, and driving continuous improvement.

They will also build strong working relationships across teams and partner organisations, respond to customer queries, and support operational excellence across the service.

Ideal candidate will have MANAGEMENT/LEADERSHIP & CORPORATE FLEET AND LOGISTICS  EXPERIENCE as well as knowledge of servicing and MOT, insurance claims, awareness of speeding etc.
