Housing Litigation Lawyer needed in Southampton Paying  £30 per hr ref 5300270

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of housing litigation matters, with a focus on disrepair claims.
• Provide legal advice to officers and stakeholders.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, defences, and other legal documents.
• Conduct negotiations and manage settlement discussions.
• Represent clients at court hearings and case management conferences.
• Instruct and liaise with counsel, experts, and surveyors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, case law, and Civil Procedure Rules.
