Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of integrated security projects across Australia. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering projects on time, within budget and to agreed scope, while maintaining strong relationships with customers, subcontractors and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Manage security projects through the full project lifecycle from pre-sales support through to commissioning and final handover.
Take ownership of project delivery, timelines, budgets and overall commercial performance.
Develop project schedules and monitor deliverables to ensure milestones are achieved.
Produce monthly forecasts and manage project revenue, costs and gross margin performance.
Coordinate direct employees, subcontractors and site resources across multiple projects.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide regular updates throughout delivery.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans where required.
Support and mentor project team members to ensure successful outcomes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, including subcontractor management obligations.
Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Skills and Experience
Previous Project Management experience within the electronic security industry within Australia.
Strong understanding of integrated security systems and security solution design.
Experience delivering projects involving Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Detection and Perimeter Detection technologies.
Project Management certification or equivalent qualification.
Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of project financial management and profit and loss principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
