An Estate Services Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of communal areas across residential estates. The role includes routine cleaning of stairwells, corridors, entrances, lifts, and bin stores, as well as litter picking and ensuring waste areas are kept tidy and accessible.

The cleaner supports the wider estate team by reporting hazards, damage, or antisocial behaviour, and works to deliver a welcoming, well‑kept environment for residents and visitors through consistent, high‑quality standards.
