Local Land Charges Officer needed in Bradford, £13.69ph PAYE - Reference: 5300051

  • Receipt, process and dispatch local property search requests.
  • Assist with the registration, amendment and deletion of Local Land Charges.
  • Deal with telephone enquiries from members of the public, solicitors and other officers.
  • Deal with general postal and electronic enquiries.
  • Assist with the HM Land Registry project to transfer the Local Land Charges
  • Register to the HM Land Registry.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery and maximisation of resources within the office.
  • Provide general admin support for the service, including the Planning Service on an occasional basis.
  • Assist as required with other duties commensurate with the grade of the post.

 

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
