Full Stack Developer (.NET / React)
Location: Brisbane (Hybrid)
Salary: 130,000 - 160,000 Super

A fast-growing SaaS company transforming the healthcare industry is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its product engineering team. Their platform is used by healthcare providers across Australia to streamline clinical workflows improve patient outcomes and reduce administrative overhead.

You'll join a collaborative team building modern cloud-based software that directly impacts thousands of healthcare professionals every day. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful products using the latest Microsoft technologies while contributing to the full software development lifecycle.

The Role

As a Full Stack Developer you'll design build and maintain scalable web applications across both the frontend and backend. You'll work closely with Product Designers QA and fellow Engineers to deliver high quality features while helping shape the future direction of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features using C# .NET and React.
• Build secure REST APIs supporting multiple SaaS products.
• Design scalable backend services running in Microsoft Azure.
• Develop responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Write clean maintainable and well tested code.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical design decisions.
• Improve application performance reliability and security.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Work within an Agile engineering team delivering regular product releases.
• Help improve CI CD pipelines and engineering processes.

Skills & Experience

• Commercial experience developing applications using C# and .NET.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience working with SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with Git and modern source control workflows.
• Understanding of CI CD pipelines.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.

Nice to Have

• Docker and Kubernetes exposure.
• Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with healthcare or medical software.
• Knowledge of authentication standards including OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Experience building scalable SaaS platforms.
• Interest in AI assisted development tools.
