Asset and Estates Surveyor needed in Rugby

This is a temporary role and the rate is £358.73 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will lead the development, implementation and continuous review of commercial and corporate property asset strategies, ensuring efficient management of acquisitions, disposals and the wider professional estates function.

They will negotiate, record and oversee property transactions to meet strategic objectives, manage performance and inventory across a diverse commercial and corporate property portfolio, and maintain high‑quality data systems relating to ownership and estates information.

They will coordinate asset and estates activity across multiple service areas, set and manage policies and procedures, and appoint and oversee internal teams and external consultants. The successful candidate will maximise financial returns and social value from a varied property portfolio, undertake financial forecasting, deliver strategic objectives for major commercial assets and act as deputy for the Property Manager when required.
