We are recruiting for an experienced Team Assistant to support a busy team within a leading Financial Services organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys providing high-quality support to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings across multiple calendars.
  • Arrange international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support and help ensure the smooth running of the team.

About You:

  • Experience as Team Assistant, or similar role within Financial Services.
  • Strong diary management and organisational skills.
  • Experience coordinating international travel.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
