Senior Planning Officer (Hybrid) needed in St Albans, £35.21ph PAYE - Reference: 5300915

Senior Planning Officer needed dealing with small scale majors, complex minor applications and complex householders. 

You will ideally have an understanding of Green Belt policy and to be able to work confidently independently. 

To track record of high performance and ability to adapt to different application types.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
