Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Static, Green Park

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider on a static basis at a prestigious commercial site in Green Park, SW1.

This Multi Skilled Engineer role would suit a candidate with a strong electrical bias who also holds solid mechanical understanding, working across a high-profile static contract with excellent long-term stability.

Role: Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Green Park, SW1 (Ryder Court)
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Up to £48,000
Contract type: Permanent, static

About the role:

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and reactive works across a commercial site, with a strong focus on electrical systems alongside mechanical plant.

Key requirements for the Multi Skilled Engineer position:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition qualification (essential)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems including AHU and FCU ventilation
  • Experience working within plant rooms
  • Knowledge of cooling towers
  • Willingness to work overtime when required
