EHCP Partner (Hybrid / Remote) needed, £193.95 per day PAYE - Reference: 5301306

Remote/Hybrid working considered

This role will be providing extra capacity for the SEND operations team and the work will be focused on supporting the EHCP review and maintenance teams in moving on outstanding annual reviews to conclusion and focusing on specific tasks that are deemed as priority by the team leaders.

The case load for these roles will be based on a roll on roll off basis and work allocated to them across the different aspect of review.

This could also include preparing EHCPs for phase transfer, monitoring data and ensuring that data records are accurate.

You will ideally have experience of writing SMART outcomes, and using a range of MIS such as Capita ONE, Idox hub and sharepoint is essential. The work may involve contact with families and settings

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
