The successful candidate will take a leading role in developing effective processes and solutions to breaches of tenancy agreements and leases.  Being the compliance specialist, providing advice and assistance to colleagues, and taking ownership of the most serious and complex cases.

They will case manage serious or complex cases of antisocial behaviour, racial harassment and other breaches of tenancy agreements or leases, working collaboratively with housing officers to ensure a seamless service to customers and ensure thorough investigation of allegations, evidence gathering, preparing legal documents, and supporting witnesses throughout the process.
